Delivery

We manufacture most duvet and cover on order. According to that, it takes a couple of day before you get your order. We try to ship all order as soon as possible.

We’ll send indivudual confirmation after reception of each order within 48h to give you estimated delivery date. Due to exceptional circumstances related to covid19, the manufacturing time can be up to 1 month + 3 days with Canada Posts. Thank you for your understanding and thank you for choosing local for better sleep. 

You can contact with us easily if you create an account. It’s also faster for us to update status directly on the website.

Note: Shipments to rural addresses can take a 1-2 extra days to arrive. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery is never included for Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut.

Return / Exchange

For an hygienic mather, the duvets and cover are not returnable and not exchangeable. You may have any questions about the different levels of heat, please feel free to contact us.  We will be please to guide you in your purchase in order to find best duvet for your needs and sleep habits. We also offer sending you cover pieces sample swatch to confirm the color you like.
